2700 Plat Points

I've got 2700 Platinum points sitting around, since I haven't played Plat in awhile. Yes I know it's too bad it's not 2800 for a 7x to 8x enchant, but I don't think I'd get another round of points before CCF even if I upgrade to Plat today. (Billing cycle is around the 20th? Maybe someone knows exactly how it works, but I've been too lazy to ever figure it out.)

I'm going to CCF in Prime, so might as well see if we can make a trade: I give Plat Points, you give me Premium Points.

Anyway, I know everyone with a Plat account has a Premium account and thus Premium points. Not really sure what would be considered a normal trade: there are fewer Plat players, but also more Premium points. At minimum, I'd expect parity, and well, I guess we have to see who's interested and what they'd offer beyond that.

Also never traded / sold / bought points before. I assume they cannot actually be transferred, and it works like someone using the points on an item for someone else.

Sorry to jump in and waylay this thread - but did they ever work out the conversion between plat/premium points? Wasn't that on the docket at one point?

And what kind of value to plat points have, I think I have 6k or so from god knows how long ago that I've never used....

If you have plat points, there are a number of folks, myself that could use them. They keep on promising abhout a transfer, but it's been over three years, and still no progress.

You would, of course, have to reactivate your plat account to use the points. Should go without saying, but I said it anyway.

Yeah, I'd heard there was some talk of it back when I was playing Plat a bit.

My impression was the standard Simu "RSN", hence assuming there was a way to get the job done ourselves and this post.
