My hunched hope is that the actual video will just be Lady Gaga standing there in the exact outfit for the duration. The theatrics and beautiful, terrifying imagery are well accounted for by the voice, no need for elaboration. (But then again, perhaps Mother sees "no need" as "not only do it, you'll just have to do it, do it 'til the end.)
