Default How to talk to a judge.

    ALL RISE:
Your Honor, I shall stand upon proof of claim of this pending matter.

Are you acting upon your oath of office today?
For the record, this judge is not acting upon their oath of office nor have provided his or her oath of office and this court and any proceedings within are voidable and unlawful.

    (If yes)
Good, that means this is a common law court and jurisdiction, and you will be protecting the rights of my person, the flesh and blood body.

    (If no)
For the record, this court has not proven jurisdiction.

Notice of motion, to prove jurisdiction.

    Judge says, "YOUR NAME."

Your honor, for the record I am making a special appearance today, I do not consent and I waive the benefit. In order to properly introduce myself may I have your name, and the name of the person sitting next to you (court reporter) and the name of the person sitting over there (the pro se cutor).

    Judge says, "WHO ARE YOU?"

Your honor, I'm a person as defined by black's law edition. Do you want the legal person or the man?

What does B.A.R. stand for in B.A.R. Association?
I heard is was for British Accreditation Registry. Is that true?

Is that why you ask if they're acting under their Oath of Office?

Feel free to myth bust as needed.

I think the best way to talk to a judge is to yell and curse at him/her and threaten him/her with physical injury. I hear judges are easily intimidated and will let you walk free if you do this. Can you try this out AuctionBot and report back to us on your findings?

I have never been arrested. I got a speeding ticket once but I paid it.

I hadn't woken up to the matrix yet.

You're not even getting to a judge in a criminal matter unless you first talk to a police officer, right? Can we hear more about how to talk to an officer? I would also like to hear more about aggressively questioning and demanding jurisdictional proof from cops; they're even bigger pushovers than judges, right?

You don't have to talk to a police officer.

If I find legality to these claims it would be interesting to participate in a lawful rebellion and violate a minor statute to test it.

I once saw with my own eyes a judge take umbrage at Alana de la Garza for offenses real or imagined. I am comfortable in asserting that you, sir or madam, are no Alana de la Garza. Play along to get along.

    100% correct.

Your 5th amendment protects you from Police questioning.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT, ANYTHING YOU SAY CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINST YOU IN A COURT OF LAW
