When there's no frame of reference, no communication, you might as well be shouting into the void. No one gets you, man.

I was possessed by the urge to run him off the road and confront him over his cryptic bumper sticker but I let him go. This time.
Unless the driver wanted to let you know how obscure and therefore cool he, she, or they were.

It could also have use but only for a small subset: there are bumper stickers that say ETP all over the place around these parts, turns out it stands for Easton Township, which no one cares about except Eastonians.

I will get drunk, talk about Aaron Rodgers' mustache too much, almost cry. Just like last weekend!

I had not previously considered incorporating curling into pornography. Thank you, repper!

There used to be this lawyer up in GB who was on the Packers' board of directors. He was kind of mediocre, but he had a truly booming mediation business because he'd conduct his mediations in the boardroom at Lambeau. And sometimes players would be there, too, and he'd introduce everyone. Way before my time, though.

My daughter, unlike my son, was born like the most of us without the everything-comes-super-easy-book-smart-gene. I honestly have no idea where my son got that from, because in comparison his mom and I are dumber than a box of dull knives. Most of me is so proud I can call him my son and happy that he is at the top of his special gifted learning program, but I think a very small part of me is envious. But anywho...my daughter in the third grade is struggling with math. There is a cumulative test coming this week and she was sent home an eff ton of homework I the form of study packets.

So tonight, after a very long and hard day at the office, I come home to helping her with the struggle of long division problems, area vs. parameter, and a bunch of shit I had to struggle through myself as child. We made good progress but that's all I did today at home besides dinner and putting her to bed late. I'm exhausted and drained. I hated that shit as a strugling third grader and it's even worse as the parent of a struggling third grader... Fuck me I'm going to bed..

I am so fucking tired and frustrated.

Have you ever had the desire to just walk up and punch a total stranger in the head, just for the excuse to hit someone? That was yesterday. Today we are in "If there was a god, in his merciful wisdom he would know that today is the day for a fatal aneurysm" territory. I do not recall the last time I have slept more than two hours in a row, or six hours total including naps.

Wait, that's a lie. Two years ago I went to wisconsin for several days while my then-wife watched my son. So I guess I do remember.

Autism is bullshit. When I was my son's age they had to make sure I wasn't dead, I slept so much. Fuck my shitty, lucky parents.

    http://www.stickercafe.com/ovalstickerhistory.htm

It is apparently the UK. Those stickers are dumb.

Also, my vet has informed me that my dog's xrays show he is much younger than thought and his growth plates haven't all closed. So we have to deal with another month of him on three legs and retest. Good news though is he looks like he is becoming a candidate for a single TPLO instead of the double.
