I'm usually not up until 6 at the very least, unless it's a day I plan on getting up to work out and I know I'll have had enough sleep to be able to do it. Today is not that day, but I thought I could still try. I set my alarm for 5, hit the snooze once and reset it for 6. And then couldn't go back to sleep.![]()
I'm sorry to hear this is pretty much your norm. That's got to be miserable.
