How do these ranger boxes work?

Can only a ranger use them or can anyone use them with imbued items?

If only a ranger, does it need to be the ranger who made the imbeddable?

1) Cut a hole in the box
2) Put your junk in that box
3) Make her open the box


But yeah, put a ranger-made wand/rod/amulet/bracelet/anklet in the box, rub the box, and thing is changed. Rangerly because it's only ranger imbued stuff.

I don't think it even needs to be a ranger that uses the box, but the initial item needs to be ranger-made.
