Man, I hate those days. It's much better when you can pick a concrete thing and say, "this pissed me off," instead just amorphous displeasure.

I bitch about the little things because the larger issues are things I prefer not to think about. It's a big difference.

Yeah, I guess it's lots of stuff just catching up to me. The worst part about having those days is that I can't just be snarky like I want to. I still have to be awesome and agreeable. sigh

The back of my throat is a veritable RIVER OF MUCUS. I tried to take it easy today but they called me in for the simplest shit they could have done themselves. Now, back home, every cough feels like a simultaneous stab to my head and throat. I've got a full ten hour day tomorrow. I will be taking a shit-ton of Dayquil, cough drops, throat spray and hand sanitizer with me to work. Thank god I'll be in the back with the dogs and not in the front with the clients. Fucking clients. Fucking co-workers.

Yeah, I did the sinus rinse and the gargling salt water stuff when the throat symptoms first started this last weekend. The throat is actually doing better today than it was the first couple of days, thankfully, but the coughing, sneezing and headache have ramped up. I'll probably do another sinus rinse tomorrow morning before I go to work. Maybe I'll be able to beat the ten inch long string of snot this time! Yeah. I measured.

All I was able to take away from this is that you have ten inches in your throat.
