I think it can be blamed on a shitty camera. I really want a better shot of the necklace. Why do you have such a piece of crap camera anyway. Don't you know the internet expects better? Jesus.

We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. We must remember always that accusation is not proof and that conviction depends upon evidence and due process of law. We will not walk in fear, one of another. We will not be driven by fear into an age of unreason, if we dig deep in our history and our doctrine, and remember that we are not descended from fearful men. Edward R. Murrow
Yeah, we really need to see this necklace in all its glory.
I may get neg repped for this, because it is a well-known fact that Comcast is a piece of shit. But when we moved, and Verizon wouldn't give us even a small discount because we changed locality, we switched back to Comcast who had a HUGE discount for new customers. And now I have about a week every month when I can't use the service we now pay full price for.
I've told the husband to screw the TV access we've been pulling in for free over what's left of analog cable, I'll deal with my mom bitching about us asking to use her Verizon TV login info to stream the Olympics, and get us the fuck away from Comcast. I'm tired of not being able to use the service we pay for. Our cell phone data plan is the only thing that's kept me from totally blowing through the roof.
PS: TheE, it's moments like yours when I'm glad I'm an only child and don't have to put up with sibling wedding drama

Comcast pulled us into a contract, promising us a flat 89 dollar bill (including internet) every month for the first year. We never had a bill less than 150 dollars during that time. When I tried to resolve this over the phone or online I got a complete runaround. I despise Comcast.

Comcast tried to pull that on my Grandmother (they were charging her almost 300 bucks a month). They are absolute scum bags toward the elderly from other stories I've heard.
I actually had to go to work this morning to meet with a client who apparently only has time off at like 10 on a Saturday morning and works every other hour of the week, so I just put the necklace in my safe deposit box. You'll need to make a federal case of it now if you wanna rob me.
I have to admit--hearing your stories of you and this necklace are amusing.
