A pair of fake razor-sharp fangs
These have more zests if you own the claws and I think if you own the ring there are different zests too.
They don't show up in your inventory since you wear them in your mouth.

Zests:
*You reach up and polish the front of one of your razor-sharp fangs with the tip of your index finger.
*You gnaw lightly on your lower lip. The razor-sharp tip of one of your fangs breaks the skin and causes a tiny bead of blood to appear, which you casually catch with the tip of your tongue.
*You brush your fingers lightly against your razor-sharp fangs.
*You run the tip of your tongue over the point of one of your fangs.
*You bare your razor-sharp fangs and hiss menacingly.
*You remove your razor-sharp fangs from your mouth.
*You place your razor-sharp fangs in your mouth and adjust them until they are comfortable.
What others see:
*Shimeria casually runs the tip of her tongue over the point of one of her razor-sharp fangs, somehow managing to appear both threatening and seductive at the same time.
*Shimeria gnaws lightly on her lower lip, as if lost in thought. The razor-sharp tip of one of her fangs breaks the skin and causes a tiny bead of blood to appear. Almost absent-mindedly, she catches it with the tip of her tongue.
*Shimeria reaches up and polishes the front of one of his razor-sharp fangs with the tip of his index finger. (If you have the Claws they have a different zest)
