Yeah, it's pretty common. Just giving your cat a bath at home can do it if you get unlucky and they're already fighting somthing. It just requires a lot of caution, especially if their health is already iffy from other issues. It's usually started by a virus but can worsen easily.

Don't worry, it's completely treatable with more antibiotics (yes, dosing them is SO FUN) if it's the bacteria-related kind which is most common. Just need to be warm, dry and quiet. Plus medicine.

That's good to hear, thank you. Feel a bit better now. I have been fighting with her in order to administer Clavamox since I brought her home Monday night, so more antibiotics won't make a difference. She'll fight with the Clavamox or new stuff, either way haha.

I called the vet just to check up about half an hour ago and he said she's doing well - she's had the bronchodilator and she's still on oxygen. He said her color was really great ever since she arrived, and it was still great so at least we know she's getting lots of oxygen. He'll call if anything happens, but so far she's doing very well.

:/ sorry. I kind of feel like I dropped the ball on that. Hope she's alright.

My stomach is eating itself and we now have a "no lunch break" rule.

That may or may not be illegal, depending on other factors. How long is your shift, what breaks are allowed/required, etc?

    only 10-2. No breaks.

Then I'm supposed to do non-office work from 2-5, but I'm allowed to eat before I go do that. I'm allowed to bring a lunch, but I barely get sleep as is. I'm not going to wake up early to pack something that will be cold and gross. So I don't think its illegal. Just mean.

You have to be there at 10 and you can't get up "early" to fix some chow for lunch? You can't pack a lunch the night before? It's mean?
