Ok so we recently was given the Common Hour Presidential Reception . The date is DATE AND TIME
I was thinking about passing . Or maybe a Chef man station of some kind ,they are really looking for something different
and they would like to be WOWED so ; i have some ideas on menu ; Would like to kept it light (it will be lunch time)
Maybe gourmet Deviled eggs - Wonton Crab Wraps - And this Beet Goat Cheese thing I have Recipes for all.
Also would like some Dessert type item . Kept in mind that #$% does not like chocolate.
We can rent thing if we have to for serving . this could be a good thing for us; they have Common Hour every day and
this would a nice addition to the book.Ok let me know what you think. We told them we would have something by the middle of next week .
