I’m not well traveled nor do I frequently seek out new exotic foods. Last week I went to this new Korean food place with some work colleagues. It was fucking DELICIOUS. I can’t stop eating this stuff. I’ve been back 3 times since. They put this spicy barbecue beef in a hot stone bowl along with rice, veggies, sweet Korean bbq sauce, and an egg on top.

I don’t know why this isn’t more mainstream in Texas & the U.S. My roof top Korean brothers know how to make a mean meal. It beats the shit out of pho, Thai, and Chinese food.

Anyways, if you are like me and largely ignorant about different Asian cultures and their cuisine, I highly recommend you try it.
