It hasn't been an ideal start for Hamilton in his first season with Ferrari as he hasn't managed to have a podium finish. Will he win a race this season?

I hope this summer break gives Lewis a chance to regroup and focus better in the remainder of the season and we at least see him on the podium.
In short, no. Him consistently finishing behind his team mate just proves that while Hamilton is a great driver, during his Championship winning years, Mercedes had a HUGE advantage in cars. Now that he is not in a car that is mechanically superior to others on the grid, he is just a another F1 driver, a good one to be sure, but does Ferrari really want 'good'? Hell the last Ferrari driver to win a race was Carlos Sainz and they fired him. Hiring Hamilton was an advertising ploy. He is past his prime and unlike Alonso, he does not have the cops to drive on the ragged edge any more. Besides the way things are going unless they crash each other out, McLaren will hold the top 2 steps and Leclerc, Verstappen, or Russel will be vying for the third. The question is, how long will Ferrari tolerate the average performance of one of, if not the highest paid driver on the grid and when they have had enough, will Hamilton go to a mid pack team or retire. I think retire.

Lewis had a good race weekend at Monza and I think he can build on this performance to produce some good results in the remainder of the season.
