    in·sur·rec·tion

    noun
    noun: insurrection; plural noun: insurrections

a violent uprising against an authority or government.
Yes. Firebombing a police car and burning down entire neighborhoods and murdering people in the middle of the street because you are acting out against the government is the very definition of violent insurrection. The Democrats and media calling a bunch of people walking around congress an "insurrection" doesn't make it one.

I am happy I was able to teach you something today.

So if Trump becomes president again in 2024 and orders the DOJ to investigate Democrats for their role in bailing out violent rioters and insurrectionists, you would be totally cool with that and you wouldn't call his actions a danger to our democracy?

    Again: why you always lying?

Hey grandpa, that's not their legal definition under the federal statute. Please go cry into your white hood.

"Their" legal definition. And there it is.

"I don't go by that, whatchamacallit, dictionary! I go by the definition the media tells me to go by!"

Bhaalizmo, you never have to worry about being the dumbest person on the PC. Seran has you beat by about 10,000 miles.

See how it works? You ask me a question, I answer and in return ask you a question.

You then ignore the question I asked, and ask me another question.

You've made communication with you impossible.

    You're a closed loop.

    Bye.

Last time I checked, the media doesn't set laws. If you think that, you're fuckin further along in dementia than I thought.

But no "their" is the jurisdictional body who set the law governing charges. If where ever your arson case doesnt define arson as Insurrection, then there you go. Meanwhile, when you break into Congress shouting Hang Mike Pence, assault officers, and try to stop an election under the direction of a seditious conspiracy, that most certainly falls under criminal statute.

Based on the definition you posted, you can agree that January 6th was also an insurrection.
