I'm seeing a pattern here. Judge Bates "knows" he's doing wrong with his DACA ruling, "Activist Judge" (not your quote, another), Gorsuch and the other 4 want to keep violent immigrants here and the government ruled that a murderers rights are more important than a citizens. The common thread in all these comments is that you only believe in the the constitution and rule of law if you get your way. That's not how support for the U.S. Constitution works.
DING DING DING
Every time they hear something they don't want to hear- there's always some conspiracy going on (these liberal activist judges, these liberal fact checking sites, blah blah blah) that explains it. It's exhausting, and it's unhinged.
The rest of us need them to come join us back in reality stat. Seriously- we have actual problems that need addressing, and we can't address them properly because 1/3 of this country is too busy living in conspiracy theories and fantasy land.
In the legal sense I have no problem with the courts intervening on the murderer and challenging on the wording on a law congress passed. That doesn't mean I'm not pissed that a murderer was allowed to stay and murder (attempted to murder) a police officer.
My beef with the DACA thing is THERE IS NO CONSTITUTIONAL PRECEDENCE in saying a sitting president can't reverse a freaking memo his predecessor put into place.
And here comes time4fun right on time. Gets asked a difficult question she can't answer so she deflects, gets asked the same question again she ignores and waits for someone else to vaguely comment on that topic so she can jump in like a slimy little weasel and say "I agree with this person! See? Another person says the same thing I do! I so agree with this person!"
Be a man like your GS character, time4fun, and just answer my question already.
I am happy that DACA is still hanging on by it's fingernails but I understand your frustration because I don't understand why they can't just kill it.
Tf4, what's the legal reasoning here. Why can't the new DHS secretary just wipe out the previous memo and they can go after the dreamers?

There is no legal reasoning. It's nothing but political stonewalling.
I honestly hope this makes more headline, the more the left stands up for illegal immigration the more support Trump gains. This can be seen by the doubling of support in the black community. Democrats throw every american citizen under the bus by continuing to support it and it's pissing people off.

Black Lives Matter activists filmed themselves crashing the wedding of one of the Sacramento police officers accused of fatally shooting Stephon Clark in March and then confronting him about how he sleeps at night.
“I was just wondering if you started planning your wedding before you killed Stephon Clark or after and how you’ve been sleeping since March 18. And I know this is supposed to be the happiest day of your life but he will not have that opportunity ever. So we came here to drink wine and also just ask how you’ve been sleeping,” the person said before he was whisked away by someone at the table.
Tanya Faison, the founder of Sacramento Black Lives Matter, told CBS Sacramento that the officers “need to be approached in spaces where they’re a little more vulnerable.” Black Lives Matter activists said when they heard where the officer’s wedding would be held they planned the confrontation. “We’re not violent, we’re not gonna give to them what they brought to our community, we’re not gonna hurt anyone but we are gonna make them uncomfortable, and they should because someone is dead,” said Faison.
