It's what governments do. People seem to be okay with it these days. Obama takes away the right to due process for our citizens, and no one bats an eye. Require an ID to vote and everyone loses their minds.

This does not at all indicate that we should have cameras in said stations, because... um... well, I'll let Wrathbringer explain why that would be bad.
