The bonavita they just set it to the temp they want and I believe they're using chemex filters. We made the pour over stand and what not ourselves with some parts from Amazon and some red oak I had in my wood shop. If they make it I'll drink it, but otherwise I drink whatever is in the break room.

Just for this post I am going to assume red oak is your penis and wood shop is your pants. Because you are just that damn amazing.

Post-Technivorm, I'm able to drink the coffee black

If you want the french press experience, you can buy an Aeropress. They're cheap, make great coffee, and are easy as hell to clean.
