Innately, yes. A F2P character may purchase a spell pass and then is able to use their spells normally without restriction for 15 minutes. Each spell pass is 10 simucoins, so you can have 150 minutes of "normal" spell casting for $1.00 basically.

Unfortunately, there is no longer term spell pass. It would be nice if they'd implement a 30-day spell pass for like 500 simucoins, but they don't want people paying $5.00 a month for a buff-bot.

ten cents for one. spells stack so I'm not sure why you need to use ten at once.

Was recently able to test 911, and it now works as self-cast buff when you are not grouped.

I only created the cleric for a free well of life, so I'm going to assume that it still works for raising.

I assume you're casting that at a living character, not a body? Makes some sense that it can still link but can't restore sprit.

edit: Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
