It does, but the messaging is broke. Type SPELL ACTIVE after you cast it.

F2P sorcerers may now cast the targeted version of Implosion (720).

I know this is a necro but I just tested 1004 and it is not restricted. I am able to use 1004 on my own gems and gems that are given to me. No spell passes are required to use 1004.

That’s very surprising. Of all spells I would think 1004 would be the spell GMs would want to restrict from F2P.

My Bard started out as F2P and 1004 contributed towards their daily 50k treasure cap you'll get a message saying you've hit the daily cap when you try to cast 1004., that was 7 and a half years ago so things may have changed since then.

I didn't go that far but as just a supplemental dude who definitely isn't making 50k in a day I'm okay with that. If later on I can squeeze 1-2 orbs out of that Ill be good with that =)

Sorry for reviving an old but still-relevant thread but I have some info to add:

130 (Spirit Guide) works for F2P but has the same 4 hour cooldown as 116. Group travel works.

One more addition:

730 (Animate Dead) will work on creatures, but not on dead players (without a pass).
