I have no handle on its value other than a bardsong placing it at ~12.5k but that's about it.

I just found one of these things, but the description is different than the OPs. If someone can confirm that it's an alchemy ingredient (or whatever it is)...please let us know.

They are used for spirit beast potions. What little I know comes from http://forums.play.net/forums/GemSto...et_newest=true.
