EDIT: Nevermind, found it on the wiki. Apparently the item has a typo with "beastial" instead of "bestial"

I found a radiant "beastial" soulstone recently. I can't remember the exact wording but when looking at it, it said something about being able to pry/open it. It contained a tiny red and gold bestial fragment and a large red and gold bestial fragment.

Glimmers of golden radiance cling to the jagged-edged fragment of soulstone, while tiny collections of crimson motes swirl within, trying and failing to coalesce into groupings of greater substance and form.

The fragment is a fairly large chunk, and looks as if it could be broken down further without losing any of its alchemical value.

I just found one of these things, but the description is different than the OPs. If someone can confirm that it's an alchemy ingredient (or whatever it is)...please let us know.
