Dual wielding ninjas + Cid were my jam. The only thing I didn't like about the game was that it's difficulty plunges like a stone once you get that dude, he's too OP.
Dual Wield/Double Grip + Attack/Defense Boost + Onion Knight + 3 Faith / 100 Bravery total + Shirahadori/First Strike = Class that is literally untouchable. Do this on your main character and his attack will be through the roof with any weapon and the low/high faith/bravery renders magic against him useless. Shirahadori/First Strike guarantees total single melee/invulnerability or a guaranteed killing double swing instead of damage on all but the most rigid characters at 99. When you couple it with an Onion Knights ability to wield any weapon in the game at the cost of skills?
