You guys might just be making jokes but I'm going to do some of those suggestions.

My one memory from Cross Into Shadows will be that iron bucket falling on Clunk when Walkar dropped his while fighting that chimera.
dwarfs never have reason to look for stuff falling from the sky when they stay at home.

Could always have PvP on the Boulder if you want nostalgia... or someone dropping an amulet in the boot... the Kobold uprising... Lockpicking in the East tower with a long line of people waiting and having a trap go off - scarab, explosion...
