I guess anything is possible, but I think the general idea of that scene was that he sacrificed himself to save Arya? If so, I'd imagine he's dead.

Mortally wounded, left for dead... and didn't die? In all likelihood, he is dead. But, hey, Bran can make people hear things and maybe even influence the past, so... I hold out hope.
