Permabless would extend to Demons and the like and requires a different slot. That's what Pereus was getting at.
A giantman highwayman fires a plain wooden arrow at you!

AS: +315 vs DS: +35 with AvD: +23 + d100 roll: +51 = +354
... and hits for 119 points of damage!

Correct, while they are similar there are still a few differences between the two. Whether that is negligible to the buyer or not is up to them, but the better informed the better the transaction.

30 million twice. Will be sold end of day tomorrow. Checked with the bidder and no confusion on the weapon. I will also mention that it is sanctified in the hands of a cleric or paladin.
