Kind of. Bug on the site, delays the, click here for your ticket, or whatever link. So, the people that know to click on the quest icon get to purchase their tickets as soon as they open up, while the ones that don't know about the bug are screwed until the link shows. Well, all the tickets were sold way before any link ever showed. So I reported, and was told I was SOL basically because I didn't know about the bug workaround. That they have known about since 2006.

Come down to south Louisiana and I'll take you duck hunting. I didn't even bother with tickets for this cause I knew I'd be shooting my masterfully weighted browning Maxus at some lvl 110 mallards. Just don't rage quit on me if the weather warms up and there ain't no ducks

That epic loot could have paid my rent up, or my insurance for a few months on my car. This game isn't just a game to me, and many others. It's a supplemental income as well. I had turned down many plans, and worked hard on getting the funds to even try for a ticket. Not even getting a chance for a ticket because of a stupid site bug, that only some people know about, was enough to really piss me off. What really made it a deal breaker, was when simu told me that i'm shit out of luck, because that bug has been there since at least 2006, and I basically should have known about it. That's absolute bullshit. I've put thousands of dollars into their pockets, done everything I can to make the game better, posted on facebook, became a mentor to help others enjoy the game. So, while I know it isn't personal that I, like many others, got screwed on getting a ticket for this one quest, I'm taking it personal. I'm out.

There is a difference between being screwed by a bug that they have known about for years, and just plain bad luck. No, I would not have done the same.
