Is my social security number a bond held by the federal reserve and traded on the stock market?

During the 1933 Banking Act ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1933_Banking_Act ) did they seize all legal tender leaving me with nothing but federal reserve debt notes to pay off my debts? Isn't that a violation of UCC/common law? You can't pay a debt with a debt? Has all debt been pre-paid by the federal reserve and I just haven't filed the correct court documents to take sovereignty over my legal fiction person? (Power of Attorney, Affidavit of Truth, UCC1 Financing Statement)

While researching the UCC1 financial statement, I noticed that in 2008 they passed a bill to prevent you from using your own social security number. Is this to prevent you from taking control over the "legal fiction" ALL CAPITAL NAME that is found on all of your government documents? (Look at your birth certificate, where your parents signed you over to be property of the state you were born in.)
