You glance down to see a large sack in your right hand

You ask the dealer to appraise the contents of a large sack.
The gem dealer takes the sack and inspects the contents carefully before saying, "I did find 75 gems that I'll give you 16005 silver for, if you want to sell."
The gem dealer then returns a large sack to you.
