Actually... anyone know what the deal is with "This enhancive item has restrictions whose type are unclear to you."

I took a quick look at other fusion orbs listed on http://shops.lichproject.org/ and their loresongs also had the same messaging. I'm guessing it just means you have to use a fusion weapon/armor in order to get the enhancement.
