spell duration problem

I'd try deleting lich/data/GSIV/<character name> folder first before completely reinstalling.

well, I finally got it working. I copied the spell-ranks.dat file from my laptop where the spell durations was working properly and now it seems to be working. I trained up my mage with an extra spell rank and the duration added the extra minute properly so it seems to be saving now. Not sure why it wasn't updating to the file or reading from the file before, where it is doing it now. Anyhow, it's working which is the main thing. Thanks for all the suggestions.
