unable to suddenly log in!
I hope someone can please help me! I all of a sudden cannot log in a specific toon on my account. All my other toons have no issues, and I haven't made any changes to anything that would warrant this! here is the message I receive when logging in through lich:

UPDATE: I sent word on lich on another toon of mine and received help- thank you!
