Alas yes, the bottom has really fallen out of the collector's market in the last 5 years or so.
Wyrom: Crux already died for our sins.
SEND[Kenstrom] Behold Dark Cruxophim, Blood Reaver and Weaver of Shadows, eater of Rooks, corruptor of orphans, flayer of flesh...but won't read a letter from some dying woman's diary, haha.
Thadston says, "Stand down Baron, and your men. Or I swear to Koar, Liabo, Lornon, Cruxophim, I will release your daughter and watch her die right here."
Stormyrain evenly asks, "Did you just make Cruxophim a god?"

Back when I collected sports cards and comics, some of the local shop owners were crediting the internet for really putting a hurt on the market. When you can essentially trade globally from your seat at home, some of the 'rare'/hard-to-get factor is taken away, which is a big part of what makes these sort of things valuable. That was probably over fifteen years ago. On a side note, the comics started killing me when every other one started having 'special' covers that tripled the price.

Not so oddly I thought of Rojo when I found my four issue original Dark Horse series by Hewlett and Martin. She probably already has them.

    Thanks. What does/did everyone read?

I have a lot of the DC Vertigo stuff from the 90s. Sandman, Hellblazer, Swamp Thing. I really liked JLA and JLE around that same time period. I had forgotten about Excalibur and Captain Britain. Not to mention Marvel Man by Alan Moore.

My comic books, baseball cards, atari and games, all my nintendo systems and games, etc. were all sold in a garage sale while I was in boot camp because "You never played with that stuff so I just got rid of it". RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGEEEE
