Harness Power is really the only one that should stay at level... everything else looks good, at least to this paladin-player's eyes.

All looks fine, next time you level you'll want to skip training in a spell...as you've currently doubled in spells one time...which is expensive. Just keep in mind future thresholds for skills so you remember to stop training in them.
