Lich help, please?

I just reactivated and since I left, started using a new computer, so had to reinstall everything. My GS4 prime lich works fine, perfectly, but my shattered lich doesn't work. It prompts me for a password then lnet shuts down. I tried emailing for password but it just said there's no email associated with my character. Anyone know how to get lnet going on my shattered character? I don't recall ever having a password for lich before or having to set up an email for characters.

You might try uninstalling / reinstalling lich. I know it's working for prime but it couldn't hurt.
