Was wondering how the bow works if you want to change the arrow. Do you just pull out the arrow currently in it (saving it) then put a new one in, or do you just put in a new arrow and it overwrites the one currently in it?

To change arrows, you just pull out the old one and put a new one in. It does not consume or destroy the original arrows.

I would like to use a trusted 3rd party -- Ardwen preferably if he's okay with that, since he has a good reputation in the community and deals with high value items often.

The PayPal transaction needs to be from a Verified account, as a non-credit card transaction (direct PayPal payment).

I'll hand the 3rd party the quiver, wait for the PayPal confirmation, then give the 3rd party the okay to hand it over.

If anyone has an issue with this we can come up with some other arrangement, but this is probably the best for all involved. If you would like to bid but don't have a verified PayPal account, I will probably require something like a USPS money order via snail mail.
