Two batches of Premium Points

I have a couple batches:

One batch is 5600 PP and the other is 3200 PP. I'm inclined to keep the 3200 PP just in case, but I suppose I can be persuaded to sell.

I'll start by offering up the 5600 PP. I'm willing to drop it back to 5400 as the nearest 600 batch. I'll be handling the item in question and getting the work done with my points. It's not an account sale.
