GM bullshit?

So I'm running around thraks and manticores to find errant boxes to collect and bring back to town to pick, as I've been doing all night.

On one of my trips out there, this happens:

Is silent strike messaging. Given the fact neither shot was aimed only gives further weighting to that idea.
