Lich won't open

Hi everyone, I followed the directions, and when I get to step 3 to double click the lich.rbw, it won't open. The mouse makes the normal squiggly thing, when it's thinking, then it just stops.
The icon is a ruby, so yea, I would assume that Ruby recognizes the file.
I've uninstalled ruby and reinstalled and did the whole step over.
I saved the zip file to the desktop,and then moved the lich folder to a documents folder, and my ruby is in the program files.

Any help would greatly appreciate it? I tried psinet, but it won't work either,and it won't even let me uninstal it, repair it, or anything.

Rename lich.rbw to lich.rb.
