This is really fucked up; guy gets arrested with 13k files of child porn on his computer, including a compilation video of children under the age of 8, some of them toddlers, being tied up and raped. Also found were videos of the defendant having sex with 3 unconscious women. His punishment for being convicted on all three counts? 210 days in jail and 48 months of probation. He was facing three felonies, each worth from 1 to 15 years, and the judge suspended all of them.
