What an asshole. The guy refuses to go to the street to speak with the cops (which is the guy's right) so the cop shoots the dog and then later claims it was because the dog was aggressive? Sure looks like he shot the dog because the guy didn't want to meet him at the street.
And the guy never once said it was his dog, he kept saying things like "that" dog, yet the cop appears to want to try to catch him in some sort of lie or something and claims the guy referred to it as "my" dog, even though he never once did so in the entire video. Then the cop pulls out the childish third grade antics "You're talking to me but you said you're not talking to me." Just wow.

I took it around the block a few times, didn't hear/see anything. I'm 99% sure it's on my skid plate/tray, which I have to mess with anyway to change the oil. I'm waiting for the glass company to ship the glass I ordered so I can finish these cabinets and get the money for them but they have been on vacation since Christmas Eve.
