That's the problem, he's still a public health risk. It's not uncommon for people to enter jail STD free, get an STD while in jail, then once they are released start spreading that STD around. Condoms really should be handed out to prisoners.

My point wasn't that this should have led to problems, but more that I remembered it being because you enjoyed work.
