To preface, that is awful and the person who did it is shitty. Also we can blame Family Guy, because that is verbatim a quote from an episode. To say something less useful though, which was my intent to begin with - These tips are unnecessary. All you have to do is be forced to listen to the same episode of Peppa Pig being played for the ten thousandth time and the urge to kill yourself will manifest on its own.

When did Family Guy become a kid's show though?
Just because something is animated doesn't necessarily mean it's for kids.
I heard something last week about Peppa Pig that it's causing kids without British accents to develop British accents. Was too lazy to look further into it to see if there's any actual truth to it, which in reality is probably like 1 random kid from Wisconsin or something.

I could definitely see Peppa Pig or similar shows causing pronunciation differences. It's toddlers that tend to really focus in on it, watching it over and over and over again, and they're very much still developing core language skills. Everybody has those weird little pronunciation quirks, especially for words that aren't used often in everyday language. I still don't know the correct pronunciation of the word niche. ni-sh? nee-sh? And linguistics was literally part of my education. I say neesh. I don't know why. That's probably how I heard it first.
And Family Guy definitely isn't a children's cartoon, of course. It just spawned that quote. Some douchebag doing douchebag things with it is really to blame, but I did remember that quote coming out of the show.
