Boots of Tonis
GS has been a long, slow decline for me, and while EG made things momentarily interesting, real life sings a siren song. So, I'm taking offers on the Boots of Tonis from the EG auction.
A pair of golden leather boots embroidered with silver wings upon the ankles
- 5% flat chance (1 in 20 attacks) to dodge an attack like a wind witch, which gives RT to your opponent and grants you a 30-second Haste (-2 seconds) effect. For an archer or dagger-user at 3 seconds, this effect can reduce your RT to 1 second, allowing you to get off 30 shots in 30 seconds.
- 1x/hr (basically once per hunt) 60-second activated Haste (-5 seconds) effect. Activated by "kick" with its own script. Better than any non-native caster can achieve.
- +20 dodging ranks (innumerable charges remaining) - 527k BP recharge cost at the guild

You leap into the air, momentarily riding a burst of wind that jets from the soles of your golden leather boots before settling back to the ground.

Dodge effect:
As an ice hound moves to strike at you, a swirling whirlwind bursts into life around your form. Time seems to slow to a crawl as the turbulent winds guide your movements, allowing you to avoid the assault!

A dirt path leads over a rise of earth and down towards a collection of mismatching tents and huts. The rotting stench of the encampment's inhabitants lingers in the air, mixed with the aroma of cooked flesh and burning wood. A heavy grey haze of campfire smoke hangs over the warcamp and drifts down behind the rise of land, creating a pocket of concealment from the eyes of the nearby Grimswarm. You also see an obscured path leading out.

Enhanced if you can get the gloves, as well - the haste effect is extended from 30 to 60 seconds on the dodge manuever at the least, and there may be other things.
