In certain light, it appears to have the faintest suggestion of webs across part of the surface, but when the shield tilts away, the hint is gone. Four small spiders, enameled a dark burgundy that practically blends with the vultite, sit at the four cardinal compass points around the rim of the shield.

SHOW:First thing you notice when looking at this weapon, is its seemingly flawless craftsman ship. The metal appears to be razor sharp and well maintained, polished and clean. Forged with wood grains on the entire blade, along with a twisting rose vine growing from the hilt budded at the tip of the blade. The thorns of the vine appear to weep veniom to the serrated outer edges on either side of the blade. A silver ruby-eyed skull caps the walnut leather wrapped pommel. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

Checking out the bow, it looks like it is somewhat weighted to inflict more critical blows than a normal weapon of its type.

Examining the leathers closely, it looks like it is heavily padded, lessening the damage the wearer takes.
