    Default Miscast

So I had some issues with Miscast in the past, then I kinda got involved again. He warn interacted me, after getting his ass handed to him a few times in OTF. (He likes to cast implode and then rely heavily on his mica amulet).

Anyway, after not talking to him for a while, I log in this morning to this..

    You see Miscast.
He appears to be a Faendryl Dark Elf.
He is tall and appears to have come of age. He has large crystal blue eyes and pale skin. He has long, flowing platinum hair worn in elaborate braids. He has a delicate face and broad shoulders. He has dark veins running down his face.
He has deep gashes and serious bleeding from his back, and deep gashes and serious bleeding from his abdominal area.
He has old battle scars on his right arm, a mangled right leg, old battle scars on his left leg, a black-and-blue left eye, and a scar across his neck.
He is bleeding badly from the abdomen, and slightly from the back.
He is holding a dark grey mossbark runestaff in his right hand.
He is wearing a wiregrass anklet, some nightmarish black fighting leathers stitched with ancient silver runes, some veil-iron gauntlets, some shadowy black leather gloves, a veil-iron crown, an archaic black components pack, some imperial veil-iron plated war boots, a shadowy hooded cloak that seems to absorb all surrounding light, a fine watered silk satchel, a glassy black mica amulet, and a dull gold ring.

yeah...he holds grudges for a long time. apparently, he has a notebook he writes peoples' names in that piss him off.

my name was one of them, until he realized that i had completely forgotten about him in the year or so since i had last fucked with him.

My fine for killing him (I've killed two people in EN in the last six months, including him) was only 2k. Don't they lower fines when you kill individuals who have large criminal histories?

Dear Donut (I think you should change your ID to "Pussy"):

You warn interacted me after I killed YOU multiple times in OTF, and then you killed me after the warn because you knew I wouldn't attack you. I know you enjoyed your official warn for that.

Now I think the GMs are going to look the other way every time I kill you.

    [Gyldemar Road]
Although the forest is visible on the horizon to the south, there is no way of getting there across the treacherous swamp in between. Slowly the swamp seems to be reclaiming the cobblestone road, leaving less than half the cobblestones even visible in this area. To the west the black water has completely covered the roadway, and to the east the roadway dips and jogs, fighting to stay above the sinking terrain.
    Also here: Starkly
    Obvious paths: east
    >rub anklet
    You rub your wiregrass anklet.

You concentrate on projecting the illusion of a violent quake.
Starkly loses his balance and falls over.
    Suddenly, the ground seems steadier.
    Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.

Dude, you totally got your ass handed to you. I love it when sorcerers get assraped by an empath.

    [Gyldemar Road, Sentinels]
The roadway rises slightly above the swamp. From the appearances, someone has purposely built a small hillock here atop which two massive granite sentinels stand, silent and unmoving. No method of circumventing the sentinels presents itself. If one wishes to continue along the road in an easterly direction, one must pass between the sentinels. Westward the road slides into the swamp and fights to stay above the sucking mud. You also see the Zodier disk and a large faenor-chased basket.
Also here: Starkly who is lying down, Zodier who is lying down
    Obvious paths: west

You trace an intricate sign that contorts in the air while forcefully invoking Implosion...

    You are visible again.
    You gesture at Starkly.
A void rips open in the area, directly above Starkly!
Starkly partially inverts as his insides cover his upper torso!

    * Starkly drops dead at your feet!

The brilliant luminescence fades from around Starkly.
The silvery luminescence fades from around Starkly.
Starkly seems a bit less imposing.
The brilliant aura fades away from Starkly.
The very powerful look leaves Starkly.
    The white light leaves Starkly.
Starkly appears to lose some internal strength.
The opalescent aura fades from around Starkly.
The glowing specks of energy surrounding Starkly suddenly shoot off in all directions, then quickly fade away.
The deep blue glow leaves Starkly.
The misty halo fades from Starkly.
The air calms down around Starkly.
    Starkly appears less secure.
The bright luminescence fades from around Starkly.
The air about Starkly stops shimmering.
Starkly becomes unbalanced for a second, then recovers.
    The powerful look leaves Starkly.
The light blue glow leaves Starkly.
    Starkly becomes solid again.
Starkly seems to lose some dexterity.
Starkly begins to breathe less deeply.
    Starkly appears less confident.
The dim aura fades from around Starkly.
    Starkly returns to normal color.
For an instant, Starkly's wounds begin to knit, and it looks as though he will successfully cling to life. Then, the reality of death overcomes the influence of Troll's Blood.

Everything in the room seemed to stay in place. The void disappears without further incident.
    Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.

Sorry pal. I've never warned you before, that was you.

However, I'm not getting into some e-pissing match with a child. If you're going to abuse game-mechanics to get your kills, thats fine. I'm just not going to deal with some retard who can wait by the water in OTF all day, cast quake, then cast implode. Its not really a skill-based PvP/CvC game, despite your best efforts to kid yourself otherwise.

I just thought the earlier encounter was funny because your little mica amulet failed.

Anyway, carry on with someone else; I play the game to enjoy myself not deal with morons.
