That's the prep phrase of a trali shaman, at least it was when I hunted them. I don't care when players prep but when a shaman preps if I don't have time to stun it I'm gone.

I think stealth front and Nishi are all that was ever really made.

ActiveSkin is the name of the application. It's VERY old. You can find the application at http://www.play.net/software/3rdparty/activeskin.zip if you wish to try to tinker with it. Good luck.
