The rivers rest mapping people or something or another mapped the area. Google is your friend.
Although, the site I found (http://www.riversrestresponseteam.com/Marsh_Keep.GIF) is down.

There was a Google group "Elanthian Geographic Society" that was formed to map new areas but nothing ever materialized from it. I like mapping events but I only hunt OTF so I don't have much motivation to run to new hunting areas.

Now those outdoorelanthia maps are pretty good... Should use those for Narost.
They also haven't been updated in some time though.
