Player's Corner Storyline

Ok here's the deal. I need help. I have to turn in a Narrative on Thursday, and after countless minutes (However long it takes for me to get home on the bus) I have thought of a plan.

I will write stories based on the Player's Corner. In addition to the Narrative I have due this week, we're required to write a "journal" every week of at least 3 pages. This journal is basically a collection of short stories and stuff. I'm not clear on the purpose of it, but whatever.

Anyway, here's what I need. Now, I can only include a few characters per story, so try to keep it simple. I'll need each of you to assign yourselves or eachother character names (Not GS-like... more real world like. They can be somwhat original, but nothing dumb like "Bobmuhthol&quot.

Also, if you please, storyline ideas would be appreciated. Something like "How about Michiko and Wezas go on an African Safari and get kidnapped by Mongaloids and live in Mongaloidia for the rest of their lives" (completely random, I'm not going to write about that).

You can make up your own character with its own (short) background, devise a personality, create a setting... whatever. I'll just piece stuff together and add my own stuff, then turn it in and post it here for everyone to see (and criticize).

While I don't expect anyone to be very eager to participate in this, any help would be appreciated, and I'll even be nice to you for the rest of your life.

Unless you do something dumb.

...is there something you need to tell me about your imagination, me, and mongaloids?

Actually, for some reason my brain keeps wanting to create a love story involving you and Greg or Edaarin or something. It goes between you and a story about Maimara. There's probaby a lot of material to draw from there, but I don't want to start out with something that deep. I want to basically want to be able to have "episodes" of some sort of PC setting... like I write one, the next one takes place after the previous, etc.

But don't think that you'll escape my creative writing skillz. You'll have a tragic love scene somewhere.

How about how Edaarin falls for Jesae, the older woman? Seems like there's a lot of material there, too.

And... Sergey. How many times now have you proposed to Michiko? Three? Four? You even sent me a text message proposal. I don't think you have the right to talk about who/what I fall in love with... :P

Anyway. I have a lot of... "ideas" as far as a love-story would go, but you'd have to IM me about it. Michiko's "life" IG is nothing short of a soap opera, and has definitely given me inspiration. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

I'm probably leaning towards a High School/College setting (very good breeding grounds for drama).

I'm thinking of character ideas, but keep in mind -- these ideas are coming from exaggerated or modified features of posters. These are not supposed to directly represent my view of anyone.

Character Ideas that i'm developing:
(They still need names)

-An outcast, troubled by some dark past. Maybe a traumatic event, or an evil deed (murder, theft, whatever). He's trying to find his identity, his place in the world. Bitter and cynical on the outside, slowly decaying on the inside. Perhaps some sort of love interest or benevolent event can change him? (Character based on Stray.)

-Social misfit. Not quite an outcast, more of an oddity. Has a few friends, not very close to them. Very intelligent for his age; He has strange ideas and says off-the-wall things, which set him apart from his peers. Lonely, yet doesn't feel the need to connect with people. Uses harsh criticism or sly insults as an excuse for why he has few relationships. (Based on Bobmuhthol)

-Popular attractive jock guy. Has a pretty full life of parties, womenz, and somewhat-close friends. Feels like something in his life is missing. Has frequent internal battles with himself, debating if he's living the life he really wants. Hates what people expect of him, yet realizes he has more potential than he's using. (Based on Edine)
