Your careful inspection of a spiked kakore buckler allows you to conclude that it is a small shield that protects the bearer if carried in the left hand. You also notice that it is spiked.
You determine that you could wear the buckler, slinging it across your shoulders and back. The buckler appears to serve some purpose.
It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of kakore.

The usual 2x enchant, 9 trains to use the bonus, huge number of charges remaining, will persist after the last charge has been expended.
How much is this worth? It's the first neat thing I've found since the changes, so I don't know prices.
