I dunno much about paladins but your stats seem mostly fine. At 72 I think I would've started hunting in maaghara tower near ta'illistim already. My main's lvl 77 and still there. It's an easy place that you can probably tear up fine with your paladin. You can probably stay there up until lvl 81 too.

I don't know much about paladins, but this part is a pretty huge problem:

Always 2x your weapon skill. You're shorting yourself a bunch of AS by not doing so. I'm guessing you should be 1x spells too, but I know next to nothing about paladins, so just listen to the other people who have already posted.

But yeah TLDR the main issue appears to be that your training is all fucked.

*If you're in metal breastplate, you should only need 90 ranks of armor usage (unless you cast MnS spells while hunting).
*You definitely want to get your weapon training up to full 2x (146 ranks).
*Ditch the ambush for now, and get 30 ranks of Multi-Opponent Combat training.
*Drop your survival/first aid/perception to 20 ranks each.
*Get your CM as close to 2x as possible, get your dodging to 1.5-2x.
*Climbing and swimming can be somewhere between 30 and 40 for your current level (40 ranks plus water walking was enough for my paladin to swim into the Bowels, in her 80's).
*Spell training looks perfectly in line.
